Appointment behaviour consult cat

First, please fill out this form (click here) and provide us with photos and videos of your cat. Completing this form will ensure that the duration of the first appointment can be limited to 1.5 hours. If your photos and videos are too large, you may also forward them via WeTransfer (www.wetransfer.com) to Anouck.Haverbeke@ugent.be.

If this form is not completed in a timely manner, your consultation will be rescheduled for a later date.

Practical info before the appointment

• The first appointment lasts an average of 1.5 hours.
• It is recommended that all persons who regularly interact with your cat be present.
• Please provide us with videos of your cat's behavior: both videos of the unwanted behaviour and videos where your cat is completely relaxed. If you have not forwarded these videos in advance, we ask that you have them with you on the day of the appointment.
• Please bring the following items to the first appointment:
  • Your cat's health history book
  • Medical analyses already performed
  • Videos of your cat (if not forwarded in advance)
  • Food & play as a reward for your cat
  • 7 days before the appointment: write down your cat's unwanted behaviors and bring this list to the appointment
