Is your dog or cat not behaving in a way you would like to have? Does your pet cause trouble for you, your family or other pets or does he/she suffer because of his/her own behaviour? As of September 2021 onwards our faculty offers consultations animal behaviour for dogs, cats and other small vertebrates under the supervision of guest professor dr. Anouck Haverbeke.
Dr. Haverbeke is a certified veterinarian with a PhD in Ethology and is a European Diplomat/Specialist in veterinary behaviour (Dipl. ECAWBM-BM). She is visiting professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Ghent.
After a thorough intake dr. Haverbeke and her team of veterinarians analyse the problematic behaviour of your pet in order to start an adequate behavioural therapy, treatment or training.
Our team is passionate about behavioural and medical problems and is committed to improve the relationship between animal and mankind.
Appointments take place on Friday mornings at our Faculty (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Salisburylaan 133, 9820 Merelbeke).
