Appointment behaviour consult other pets (other than cat and dog)

First, please fill out this form (click here) and provide us with photos and videos of your pet. Completing this form ensures that the duration of the first appointment can be limited to 1.5 hours. If your photos and videos are too large, you may also forward them via WeTransfer (www.wetransfer.com) to Anouck.Haverbeke@ugent.be.

If this form is not completed in a timely manner, your consultation will be rescheduled for a later date.

Practical info before the appointment

• The first appointment lasts an average of 1.5 hours.
• It is recommended that all persons who regularly interact with your pet be present.
• If other pets are also involved with this problem, it is recommended that these pets also be present (if possible).
• Provide us with videos of your pet's behaviour: both videos of the unwanted behaviour and videos where your pet is completely relaxed. If you have not forwarded these videos in advance, we ask that you have them with you on the day of the appointment.
• Please bring the following items to the first appointment:
  • Your animal's health book
  • Medical analyses already performed
  • Videos of your pet (if not forwarded in advance)
  • Food & play as a reward for your animal
  • 7 days before the appointment: write down your animal's unwanted behaviour and bring this list to the appointment
